Control Plant Adapters

Domain-specific plant models: reactor thermal, aerodynamic BL, combustion, plasma tokamak.

Plant adapters supply the framework-shaped state representation each plant exposes. They are the analogue of shield's I/O adapters — but for actuation rather than observation.

Built-in adapters

  • reactor_thermal — 4-thermocouple linear plant. The simplest case: cross-thermocouple consensus.
  • aerodynamic_bl — 6-tap BL transition (Stuart-Landau). Multi-band \(\mathcal{P}\) decomposition matters here.
  • combustion — 3-transducer Rijke tube (van-der-Pol). Oscillator regime.
  • plasma_tokamak — 0-D tokamak with ELM trigger. The anomaly cost dominates during edge events.
